    The ER&R/1095-A project is seeking an outgoing, organized, eager, and proactive individual to fill a remote Project Coordinator role within the project PMO team. The candidate will assist the PMs with organizing and controlling project activities. The Project Coordinator role is a non-supervisory role but will be responsible for leading and coordinating members of the project team to accomplish assigned tasks and project deliverables in a timely manner. Support will often be provided in the form of collecting and documenting status updates of project schedule tasks and actions, maintaining files or tools which track appropriate project information or performance data, preparing or revising reports and presentations, and maintaining an organized repository of project information. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and of contract stipulations and requirements. + Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards. + Ensure all project-identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable + Support the coordination and timely delivery of project deliverables, schedules, reports, and project plans. + Prepare meeting agendas; capture and send meeting minutes for client meetings + Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis + Collaborate with a team of project coordinators and project managers to ensure all aspects of the project are adequately supported. + Monitor status of all project deliverables and communicate priorities, escalating issues in a timely manner to the PMO Manager. + Assist with project site updates including risk register, action log, issue log, deliverables log, lessons learned log, and process improvement log. + Monitor and escalate issues as appropriate. + Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. + Attention to details and multi-tasking abilities. + Problem solving skills. **Required minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent OR 4 years' relevant experience in lieu of degree. + 1 additional year of relevant experience + Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. + Must be a US Citizen Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered. **Preferred qualifications:** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task. + Familiarity with project management tools methodologies. + Ability to learn quickly. + Strong ability to work as a team and individually. **Compensation Ranges** Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
