Reviewing Electronic IFU (Instructions for Use) submitted by Writers and Localization Team.
This worker will not be writing but only reviewing the IFUs and processing in system called Informatica and AEM for distribution.
Will be reviewing the requests and checking for issues on forms, asking questions of the Regulatory Affairs team, MES, Engineers, etc to ensure alignment in preparation for approval.
Information reviewed will include titles, production #s, dates, model #s, pdfs to ensure these are correct and align with the business unit so if any IFUs need to be removed they are detected.
Records will be forwarded to Regulatory Affairs for review and approval and ultimately be published to the website.
Skill Needed:
Data Entry, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), attention to detail, excellent communication, and prioritization, ability to identify urgent reviews, previous writing, labeling or quality experience.
Must be able to communicate outside of the small group
Education:
Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience, Masters if they have some of the experience needed, or an equivalent of education and work experience as well as a H.S. graduate with 2 to 5 plus years of experience.
Will consider persons that are "over-qualified"
IFUs experience is not a requirement but is very beneficial
Titles that might be relevant are Project Manager, Data Entry Analyst, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Quality Analyst, Editor, Proof-Reader - as long as they meet the requirements of this role
Any industry experience is fine if they meet the experience requirements for this role
Conversion to FTE - Not sure at this time - this role is to add to a growing team that is expanding

We're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper the flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation. The Coordinator will assist in WO processing and proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, and RFI & RFD document processing. Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating job files and controlled forms/logs. You'll provide coordination and administrative support for project managers including tracking schedule, setting up meetings and organizing travel and catering.

Essential Functions: Under the general supervision of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST) Associate Dean who oversees Technical Operations in the College, the incumbent will oversee the operation of the ECST Makerspace and related spaces, maintain the equipment, supervise the use of equipment and tools, supervise student workers, provide assistance to faculty to develop instructional/training materials, and oversee support of project teams and faculty using the space. Work at this level requires independent knowledge of manufacturing, machine maintenance, mentoring, design, and extensive practical experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Two years of progressively responsible journey-level or skilled experience in the maintenance, repair and operation of technical equipment typically found in electro-mechanical shops and labs, including one year involving design modifications and fabrication of complex and highly technical equipment or systems. Comprehensive knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in electro-mechanical labs and shops; knowledge of design and safety protocols. Ability to train and supervise students. Ability to: apply previous experience and knowledge to plan, organize, and coordinate the work of technical projects; ability to design, fabricate, and assemble devices and systems; install, replace, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment for the Makerspace, shops, and electro-mechanical labs; establish and maintain cooperative relationships; and ability to use modem productivity software. Job Description
The Audio Project Coordinator will be responsible for jobs related to audio and media post-production services. Primary responsibilities include scheduling incoming audio work orders, coordinating with operators, and overseeing project completion. Candidate must have a strong understanding, efficiency, and skillset in Avid Pro Tools, with some experience in operating non-linear video editors. Knowledge of traditional audio formats (2.0, 5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos), post-production audio workflows, as well as video types, SMPTE timecode, frame rates, and codecs is expected. Attention to detail, excellent time management and a perfectionist mindset is paramount in this role.
Prequalify and manage a high volume of multi-channel audio and video assets in various formats and configurations
Perform technical quality control checks and create final deliverable packages for audio assets
Update internal audio job trackers and other proprietary asset management systems
Communicate with dubbing and client operations teams regarding project kick-offs to determine client expectations, scope of work, and delivery timelines
Oversee daily assignments for audio operators, collaborating with other coordinators to determine priorities
Prepare Pro Tools sessions for recording, mix, and QC processes
Generate QC reports to ensure highest possible quality standards for final audio mixes
Communicate with all departments to ensure urgent priorities are actioned on and deadlines are met
Optimize audio workflows, including documenting guidelines and creating checklists for related workflows
Manage redeliveries and revisions of audio assets; investigate rejections and provide thorough details of findings for clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade specific education
2+ years in audio post-production or media service projects for film and tv
Excellent Pro Tools operational skills, including the use of video in Pro Tools
Non-linear video workstation editor skills
Excel and other MS Office application software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-direction
Problem solver with creative and innovative approach and ability to think out of the box
Outstanding attention to detail
Preferred
Strong skills with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suit
Familiarity with other media applications such as Adobe Suite and Final Cut Pro

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establishes relationships utilizing strong communication skills as needed with suppliers and other key people to verify all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and personnel are obtained and/or delivered when necessary. Ensures that all understand performance standards and expectations.
* Supervises and motivates a team to overcome challenges and achieve project goals. This includes developing direct reports, delegating tasks, and fostering effective relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, all while promoting and monitoring adherence to construction and site safety regulations.
