    As a Junior Engineer/Drafter, you will gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of the varied Easi-Set precast products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. Prepare/maintain accurate catalog of drawings, electronic files, and digital library for website. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Easi-Set licensed products and processes. * Create shop drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting and modeling * Creates shop drawings from architectural/structural drawings and contract drawings * Prepare detailed production drawings * Competent knowledge in both the production &manufacturing methodologies of precast concrete products * Works closely with Engineering Manager and licensed producers to ensure drawings are complete and accurate containing all the information needed to cast, assemble, and erect the product. * Works with Engineers, Specifiers, and Architects on technical details for Easi-Set products * Utilizes best practice standards to determine efficiency in how the project should be produced and completed * Setup initial contracts and project information using Project Management Software * Receive, review, forward, and track status of submittals * Update/maintain digital database * Coordinate resolution of production problems * Manage D&E team as the team lead to facilitate proper coordination and communication * Manage projects to ensure schedules and timelines are accomplished to deliver successful projects * Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from licensees, engineers, architects, etc. to ensure that they conform to design concepts * Research and review potential new ideas and products as necessary * Ensuring conformance - to industry, customer specifications, company standards as well as other regulation requirements * Completes special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned.
