Additional Responsibilities: -Assessing asset condition and contributing to capital planning to prioritize infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle investments. -Developing and implementing sustainability strategies to improve energy efficiency (e.g., reducing Power Usage Effectiveness [PUE]), water usage effectiveness (WUE). -Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards. -Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time to support site operations, client meetings, or critical incident response as needed.
