The Project Manager will report to the Operations Manager and work in tandem with Project Superintendents and/or Foremen. All administrative support staff on the assigned project will indirectly report to the Project Manager. Financial Oversight Provide financial control for assigned projects and ensure efficiency. Attend subcontractor and financial meetings as needed. Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between the general contractor, construction manager, office, and field staff. Safety Oversight Enforce safety rules and regulations and verify proper paperwork and inspections. Team Leadership Coach and train Assistant Project Managers to prepare them for greater responsibility. Risk Management Mitigate risk by anticipating potential issues and working with field staff to address them. Additional Duties Perform other responsibilities and duties as necessary.
