The Project Manager is the individual charged with responsibility for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project. The Project Manager's duties will vary as required to support the Project Superintendent and other personnel assigned to the project. The Project Manager's first responsibility is to verify the estimation of the project cost and to execute all subcontractor and supplier contracts.
