In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of single-family residential projects, guiding them from the conceptual and schematic design phases through to construction. Role Overview:

Your Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee accuracy and completeness of information across all assigned projects in Monday.com, ensuring client briefs are complete before taking the project to delivery teams.
Serve as a control and the 2nd line of defence across the entire process to ensure that each stage is completed by each team in line with procedures (including client specific rules and policies).
