Responsibilities: Manage the full project life cycle: site evaluation, contracts, construction, and handover. Oversee budgets, schedules, and contractor performance. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, permits, and utility requirements. Review designs and conduct inspections/testing. Qualifications: Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical preferred). 6+ years of project execution experience, including 4+ years in solar PV. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, permitting, and EPC contracts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel and work on site; valid driver's license required.
