Overview of the position:
At Clark Pacific, the Project Engineer is a position that facilitates the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working as part of an integrated team within a specific business unit, this role applies engineering, project management, problem solving, and communication skills across all levels and disciplines within the organization, significantly contributing to the project success of some of the West Coast's most iconic and exciting prefabricated buildings.
Initial activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including, but not limited to: Submittal drawings (floor plans, elevations, material specifications, connection details, Reinforcing details, General panel details, Design approvals, Reinforcement drawings, and Miscellaneous metal drawings.

Field-related activities pertaining to the Erection Phase, including, but not limited to: Preparing crane studies, rigging diagrams, and the overall project erection plan as well as erection sequence, load lists, and diagrams, Coordinate shipping of miscellaneous metal, Coordinate field manpower requirements with Field & Trucking team to alignment to budget, Ensure fall protection plan is in place, Professionally represent the Company at the field erection site, and Inspect erection quality and performance to plan and budget.
General project management including, but not limited to: Project performance to contract specifications, budget, and time commitments, Issue identification, problem-solving, resolution, and escalation (as necessary), Coordinate necessary and requested procedure submittals (such as welding, grouting, post-tensioning, etc., Engage with internal resources throughout the Company to contribute, learn, and develop professionally.

Job Summary: The Product Development Process Engineer role resides within the Research and Development function at Elevation Labs Colorado, reporting to the VP of R&D. This individual will collaborate closely with R&D and Compounding, ensuring appropriate translation of lab batching to the compounding floor, and will provide ownership for all New Product Development pilot and scale-up initiatives to ensure Batch Right First Time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Owns technical oversight of the ELID R&D pilot program as part of product commercialization.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional partners as part of the New Product Development Stage Gate process.
Provides manufacturing feasibility assessments during new project brief reviews.
Interfaces directly with Customers, as needed, to ensure client requirements are met during piloting/scale-up.
Author, review, and/or approve new manufacturing instructions to ensure BRFT.
Develop/manage/execute post-batch analyses to identify necessary updates to manufacturing instructions.
Assists in root Cause analysis for failed batches originating in Compounding.
Retroactively reviews problematic formulations and proposes processing changes to enable BRFT.
Supports Compounding by ensuring staff have a basic understanding of formulation principles/methodologies, as well as the challenges and how to address them during batching.
Maintains an external focus on manufacturing trends with the intention of identifying capacity or capability expansions for ELID.
Leads CI initiatives as appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities of a Structural Project Manager:
Develop, coordinate, and direct production of engineering project documents
Prepare fee proposals and contracts
Develop workload and scheduling projections for project staff
Oversee and perform calculations, design, and analysis of applicable elements for projects
Collaborate with the engineering and drafting teams to coordinate design details and construction document requirements
Oversee/perform construction observations and write reports
Review shop drawings during construction
Evaluate additional service requests, review billing, and coordinate permit responses and construction support services

Requirements for a Structural Project Manager:
1-4 years of structural project management experience, in addition to 4+ years of structural design engineering experience
Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university and PE license required
Experience designing and managing projects using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry design materials
Previous work experience includes building evaluations, renovations, and seismic retrofits
Skilled at designing all categories of seismic and gravity framing systems for every building and material type
Ability to manage your time, juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to lead and train junior engineers and coordinate with BIM Designers
Desire to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various engineering functions, supporting project management efforts, and ensuring that all project specifications and standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Conduct technical reviews and assessments for engineering designs and proposals.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress and resolve any engineering issues.

Requirements
