Additional Responsibilities

15+ years of professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field: engineering, project management, construction management.
Professional credentialing is strongly encouraged (CCT or CCP, CST or CSP, EVP, CMIT or CCM, EIT).

We are seeking a Head of AI Automation (Hands-On IC) to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of our agentic AI framework. This role is the senior-most technical authority on AI automation at Partnerize - a deeply hands-on builder role with light leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do
Ownership & Leadership
* Own the technical strategy and execution for Partnerize's enterprise-wide agentic AI platform.
* Lead the internalisation of all knowledge from external consultant partners.
* Act as the internal subject-matter expert and final decision-maker for AI automation strategy.
* Mentor AI Automation Engineers and shape a high-performance engineering culture.
Hands-On System Building
* Architect and build scalable agentic systems using LangGraph, Vertex AI, Redis, and Gemini.
* Lead the design of RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, tool-use flows, semantic memory layers, and evaluation frameworks.
* Build and maintain the internal "Agent Blueprint" to standardise agent design at scale.
* Ship reliable, well-architected, production-ready systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Product to define feasibility, complexity, and prioritisation.
* Work with Architecture and Data Science leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives.
* Communicate decisions crisply and succinctly across engineering and non-engineering partners.
What You Bring
Technical Depth
* Proven experience building and scaling agentic AI systems in production.
* Deep experience with GCP and Vertex AI (including Pipelines, Model Registry, Feature Store).
* Strong Python engineering background and hands-on DevOps understanding.
* Expertise in LLMs, embeddings, RAG optimisation, evaluation metrics, and vector DBs (Redis preferred).

This internship offers pre-professional experience in digitization and preservation reformatting, creating and editing structured descriptive metadata, and data entry in digital asset and information management systems. This is a temporary position with a fixed amount of funding. The individual may work a maximum of 19 hours per week and up to 900 hours total. The individual will report to the Brooke Dolan Archivist.
Essential Functions
Use digital capture equipment and software to scan paper correspondence.
Create folder level metadata including the use of taxonomies and authority files for controlled vocabularies according to industry descriptive practices and institutional guidelines.
Upload and publish digitized correspondence and associated metadata to online content management systems.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in library science, archives administration, public history, or museum studies program to be considered.
Minimum of 0-2 years years of experience.
Excellent attention to detail; ability to follow instructions when handling materials and performing digital imaging tasks.
Computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate shared documents and data systems.
Familiarity with basic archival theory, principles, and practices.
Ability to work effectively under supervision and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to read handwritten cursive script.
