Automation System Design and Implementation * Design and develop automation solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. * Securely integrate new and existing automation systems within IT/OT infrastructure. 2. System Monitoring and Maintenance * Monitor the performance of automation and OT systems to ensure optimal operation. * Collaborate with Maintenance Department for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. 3. Training and Support * Provide subject matter expertise and domain knowledge for site automation systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS) and connectivity (OPC-UA, MQTT). * As the subject matter expert of site technology, provide training and support to staff on the use and maintenance of automation-OT systems. * Develop and maintain documentation, including operation manuals and technical guides.
