Procure materials and tools in advance to ensure availability when needed.
Support the Project Superintendent with office-related tasks.
Manage and schedule subcontractors.
Assist the Project Manager with project schedule updates.
Support the Project Manager with project cost reporting.
Prepare project submittals, including product data, quality control plans, field procedures, and shop drawings per project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
2-6 years of experience on public/municipal projects over $10MM.
Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
OSHA 10 certification requires .
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive project success.
Proficient in using the following software packages: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project.
Experience with the following software is preferred, but not required: Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista, BIM.
