Scheduling - Work with site Foreman to monitor and coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, tools/equipment, and required information to meet project scope and schedules. Problem Solving and Relationship Management - Swiftly resolve work installation/scheduling issues; develop and maintain client relationships and client confidence. Change Orders - Works with Estimating Team for pricing of any scope changes and change orders. Quality Control - Monitor project installations to ensure quality control throughout project. Reporting - Coordinate with Foremen to manage daily progress reports and weekly labor reporting. Meet regularly with company and customer to provide project updates. Leadership and Management - Lead, mentor, and motivate Foremen and project workforce to achieved project success. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 10+ years of electrical field experience on mine/quarry sites. 5+ years of electrical project management/supervision experience (preferred). Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and specs to fully understand electrical scope of work, scheduling, safety, and quality requirements. MSHA Part 48 Certification Extensive knowledge of NEC and electrical construction processes. Current Kentucky EE or ME Electrical License (preferred). Must have a valid driver's license. High standard of integrity and professionalism. Must be self-directed and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through. Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments. Positive customer-focused attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively interact with customers, company team members, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
