The engineer will manage day-to-day field engineering, ensure technical compliance, and help drive the project through fabrication, outfitting, testing, and trials over a two-year build period at ESG's Allanton and Port St. Joe, Florida yards.The candidate is a hands-on, technically grounded marine engineer with strong experience in new construction shipyard environments-someone comfortable walking the deck plates in the morning and reviewing complex vendor drawings by the afternoon.
