What You'll Do: * Manage. Responsible for project management of engineering/construction projects including but not limited to opportunity/ problem identification, potential options for resolution, project estimates, resource requirements, detailed schedule, and work plans, detailed designs, bid requests, and overall construction management. Performs post-project review to ensure key objectives, cost/performance improvements, and rate of return are achieved; * Prepare Bid Packages. Prepares bid packages for construction and manages construction contracts. * Provide Updates. Provide project updates on a regular frequency to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress; * Represent the Company. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. * Experience. 8 years of project management and related experience with experience in a heavy industrial or mining environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Strong familiarity with project management and engineering software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Knowledge and experience with crushing, screening, solid liquid separation and material handling systems. Professional Engineer License Preferred. * Leadership Skills.
