For a leading manufacturer of suspension systems for heavy-duty vehicles, including applications such as emergency and utility vehicles.
To lead overall suspension system design and development. This role is responsible for validating designs, managing design analysis projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Manage all technical aspects of major product design and development projects, and/or multiple smaller products, utilizing our standard Product Planning and Development Procedure.
Design, validate, and provide test reports and sign-off documents to ensure production readiness. Design for manufacturing.
Coordinate with CAD, FEA, and laboratory personnel, and interface effectively with other internal departments.
Coordinate the technical design and test aspects of projects with suppliers and customers.
Drive continuous improvement through employee development, process improvement, and the elimination of waste. Ensure safety in the lab and office environments. Manage value-added and value-engineeredprojects.
Work with the product portfolio team throughout the product development process to define project objectives.
Interface with the end-user for technical support calls and develop action plans as required.

Education and Training
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Aeronautical, or a related engineering field is required.
Minimum Qualifications
Four to six years of experience in vehicle structural design (heavy or medium-duty truck experience is highly preferred) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, and product design.
Demonstrated ability to manage development projects and meet deadlines.
Proven experience and skill in product innovation.
Some controls experience is a plus.

As a Staff Civil Engineer in our pipelines discipline, you will have an opportunity for short-term and long-term career advancement and to gain experience in both pipeline and transportation projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and execute geotechnical subsurface exploration programs to develop an understanding of site soil conditions.
Perform site reconnaissance to document existing conditions.
Responsible for preparing field reports and performing geotechnical analyses such as slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement, shallow and deep foundation design, and seismic evaluation.
Observe and document trenchless construction activities and compliance with specifications.
Communicate effectively with GeoEngineers staff, clients, and contractors.
Perform trenchless design calculations and analysis such as pipe stress and installation force analyses using in-house software.
Assist GeoEngineers CAD designers with the development of design plans.
Assist with writing technical reports and proposals.
May also be responsible for providing support to our geotechnical teams at other locations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters with geotechnical emphasis preferred.
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
1-year related experience preferred.
Competency using software including Microsoft word and excel.
Ability to utilize AutoCAD software preferred.
Proven problem solving and professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
One year of driving experience in the United States. Consideration will be provided for international driving experience.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
Five (5) years in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing engineering, process engineering, product engineering, and/or product development in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience in leading multi-functional teams through complex projects from planning to completion
Experience in supporting new product development and commercialization.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
Experience in lean manufacturing or Aerospace Industry
Self-starter/self-directed that leads with high energy and passion.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a ProjectEngineer with experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design and project coordination, holds an EIT certification, and is either actively pursuing or recently earned their Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead water/wastewater engineeringprojects from planning and design through construction
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design plans, and specifications
Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
Conduct field investigations and site visits as needed
Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and contractor inquiries during construction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
EIT certification required
PE license preferred, or actively pursuing PE licensure
3-6 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater design and construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other relevant design software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
