Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of mechanical design engineering experience Industrial automation or custom equipment development industry experience preferred. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field preferred but not required. Proficiency with 3D CAD software (ProE/Creo and/or SolidWorks required). Solid understanding of mechanical principles, fabrication methods, and materials. Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and robotic system integration is a plus.
