Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Resolve project-related issues and conflicts quickly and effectively. Prepare and present progress reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other required documentation. Manage project budgets and prepare regular cost reports and forecasts. Oversee quality control and assurance on all steel-related work. Coordinate with accounting for billing, collections, and closeout documents. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel project management or steel erection. Strong knowledge of structural steel systems, fabrication, and erection practices. Experience with construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling. Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Tekla). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to travel to job sites as required.
