POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a comprehensive sales position requiring both sales skills and Commercial HVAC Systems knowledge and understanding. This position is responsible for driving and sustaining business in equipment repairs or upgrades, and large complex solutions selling. At least 90% of prospecting will come from the existing customer base.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Able to qualify prospects and/or opportunities within assigned accounts, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions to objections in a proficient, responsible, and timely manner.
Manages quotes to close sales.
Surveys commercial HVAC systems, problem solves and makes recommendations; learns and applies the company pricing policy.
