Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc. Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs. Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs. Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules. Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule. Administer subcontracts as assigned. The Project Engineer Intern assists and supports Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects. The position works under direct supervision with mentorship, performs routine daily activities, and gathers and distributes information.
