    This role will support Custom Engineered Product Development in both Liquid Cooling and Air Cooled product families for Hyperscale customers. Our focus is to develop optimized solutions using Industry Standards and best practices as well as following design support from cradle-to-grave. There is an immediate need and great opportunity to support the Market Shift as all the big fish are racing to with the AI race. The Hydronics Engineer will perform mechanical engineering work covering product engineering and product development. This role will apply design engineering principles and practices, managing assigned portions of product development projects. This person will manage multiple project activities in parallel and may lead projects through completion. Position Responsibilities: Works with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to develop product requirements based on customer needs. Analyzes systems using a variety of engineering tools including, but not limited to, FEA, analytical formulas, benchmark designs, etc. Run through sizing and optimization exercises for pumps, valves, and flow control devices Familiar with piping layouts, design, and material selection, including, but not limited to, PVC, Stainless Steel, Copper, HDPE, etc. Uses DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFMA tools to improve the quality and reliability of designs. Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) Assures that full and accurate documentation is produced for the designs that are moving into commercialization. Works with operations to design solutions that are integrated into the current manufacturing capabilities. Develops advanced designs in conjunction with operations to produce high quality designs that are value based. Works with sales and service to improve current designs and incorporates future needs into the existing platform. Works as an example and mentor to more junior mechanical engineers. Job Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of electrical engineering related to the design and development of DCC air handling units. As part of the design engineering team, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible to manage and execute our electrical and electronic design and development. Job Responsibilities: Analyzes existing systems (unit level) and evaluates the suitability of the electrical design and components for the system. Develops and documents system level electrical requirements based on unit requirements as well as various electrical and safety codes (not limited to UL /ETL, CE and local requirements) to assure that the equipment is safe and reliable. Assures compliance of the electrical designs and applications to various codes. Develops and documents electrical designs for equipment applications. Peer-reviews other electrical engineer's work and advises on alternative designs for safety, cost, reliability, and quality improvements. Other duties as assigned by the manager. Position Qualifications: Required : BSEE or MSEE from an accredited university EPlan experience a plus Knowledge required to specify electrical components, design circuits and wire diagrams to required needs CAD experience, preferred with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD/DraftSight Leadership skills and experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, work in teams as well as autonomously, and takes initiative Preferred: 3+ years of work experience with industrial or commercial products or similar work Experience with various internal and external compliance standards (UL / ETL, CE, and other relevant standards) HVAC/R experience desired
