The Project Executive is the on-site representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a single complex construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.
Responsibilities

* Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
* Enforce project reporting requirements
* Manage critical issues
* Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

* BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
* 15+ years experience in the lead role on projects valued at $50 million or larger
* Or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Strong technical and communication skills are critical
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Leadership and management skills
* Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)

NOTE: We will consider Senior Project Managers with the experience and project list to justify promotion--shoot your shot!What You Will Be DoingAs a Project Executive in the Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and building high performing teams. The chosen PX will direct all Project Managers and/or Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule, and within budget. Projects will include ground up hospitals, hospital expansions, and other key facilities in the healthcare space. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing project execution
- Managing and ensuring compliance for all company and project objectivities, policies, and procedures
- Proactively forecasting hiring needs and developing a staffing plan for key field positions
- Resolving issues, identifying potential issues, and implementing Corrective Action Plans
- Monitoring personnel adherence to company QC and safety plans
- Acting as a liaison between all home office departments and the field
- Monitoring project cost for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
- Identifying potential risks and developing a risk mitigation plan
- Assisting with financial reporting including providing timely updates to key stakeholders
- Ensuring timely completion of all deliverables required by the client
- Managing the change management process on the project, including tracking and reporting of change events
- Ensuring labor compliance reporting is accurate
- Maintaining log of project photos and daily reports
- Verifying field conditions against approved drawings

NOTE: The Project Executive will be responsible for building win/win relationships with the owner, joint venture partners, public agencies, and internal partners.What You Need for this Position15+ years of relevant construction experience overseeing large healthcare projects and:

- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Applied experience in engineering and construction operations to include management, accounting, cost, administration, and personnel
- Project experience with ground up hospitals and/or major renovations + additions
- Thorough knowledge of various project delivery methods
- Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Preferred certifications include: PMP, CCM, and/or PEWhat's In It for You- Salary 160-215k (based on experience)
