The Project Executive is the on-site representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a single complex construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.
Responsibilities

* Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.

NOTE: We will consider Senior Project Managers with the experience and project list to justify promotion--shoot your shot!What You Will Be DoingAs a Project Executive in the Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and building high performing teams. The chosen PX will direct all Project Managers and/or Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule, and within budget. Projects will include ground up hospitals, hospital expansions, and other key facilities in the healthcare space. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing project execution
- Managing and ensuring compliance for all company and project objectivities, policies, and procedures
- Proactively forecasting hiring needs and developing a staffing plan for key field positions
- Resolving issues, identifying potential issues, and implementing Corrective Action Plans
- Monitoring personnel adherence to company QC and safety plans
