Position Summary: This position is part of the Gaming Emerging Endpoints Product Marketing team focus on driving the next wave of growth for client Gaming via targeting New audience with our Mobile and Cloud Gaming solutions. The role focuses on managing strategic partnerships with established major partners in the technology industry for our cloud gaming offering, aiming to deepen and expand opportunities with existing partners while evaluating these opportunities against strategic goals. Key responsibilities include leading partner onboarding, education, and expectation management, driving new business initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through program management related to go-to-market (GTM) and partner relationships. The role also involves campaign management, tracking deliverables, coordinating internal approvals, and maintaining high-level roadmaps of partnerships and activations. Additionally, the position requires refining processes, creating process guides, and establishing metrics and OKRs for evaluating partner success. Another key part of the job is subscription funnel analytics to drive recommendations and improvements for the cloud gaming funnel. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Cloud Gaming Funnel Analysis and Conversion Improvement Strategy Strategic Partner Management: Manage relationships with established brands, educate and onboard partners, and identify depth and expansion opportunities. Program Management (GTM): Lead calls, manage project statuses, set program expectations, and facilitate cross-team introductions. Campaign Program Management: Track deliverables, execute campaigns, manage reviews, and handle day-to-day partner communications. Project Reporting: Maintain strategic partnership roadmaps, recap executed programs with success metrics. Strategic Title Alignment Process: Match partners' target market motivations with appropriate game titles, tailoring creative strategies to resonate with gamers. Process Leadership: Innovate and document processes, create guides, and establish best practices. Reporting, Metrics, OKR: Define OKRs, maintain reporting on campaigns, and evaluate success against strategic goals. Qualifications: Experience with strategic partner management, especially working with big technology partners and managing deep relationships. Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Interpreting and presenting data insights PowerPoint Skills: Creating compelling presentations. Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role.
