The incumbent in this position is responsible for supporting the Water Resources Department surface water conveyance and stormwater management program by leading project development and delivery within the Department through project management. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (from an Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology (ABET) accredited program), or Environmental Engineering is required.
