Position Overview
The person who fills this position is responsible for coordination, execution and support of all learning program aspects including learning implementation, learning management system (LMS) support and registration, budget monitoring and reporting, schedule and communication, deliverables, customer relationship / interface, and logistics for training events across the country. The person who fills this position must be a critical thinker, a self-starter, and have the ability to work within a geographically dispersed matrixed organization. Travel will be required for this position, including possible international travel. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work proactively, efficiently and effectively within budget, teaming with co-workers, internal departments and the end customer.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assist in intake new work and assist with developing scope, schedule and cost estimates
+ Provide end-to-end logistical support for training classes and events for local and remote locations
+ Handle all aspects of coordination of training to include classroom setup, instructors, students, registration sites, preparation of class and event engagement activities such as surveys and polls, and order all necessary catering, class materials, and equipment
+ Coordinate, update, and retrieve content from online repositories
+ Proactively manage tasks to mitigate known and unexpected issues that could impact the timely and successful execution of an event
+ Provide facilitation support during live and remotely delivered classes (i.e., assist with class exercises and interactions, run virtual meetings, troubleshoot access or other technical issues for attendees and presenters)
+ Support with the creation and maintenance of internal process documents
+ Timely and accurate collection and completion of all billing information for classes and programs

Read full grant agreements and establish a comprehensive compliance checklist;
Visit School districts, Department to actively recruit participants for the Program.
Prepare Marketing media to recruit participants.
Prepare and submit invoices for completed work on a schedule and in a format to be determined by the grantor agency;
Monitor various grant deliverables, goals, and objectives, and prepare and submit grant reports on a schedule to be determined by the PI (i.e., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually);
Assist PI in preparing for audits conducted by the grantor agency; and
Act as the liaison between the University, Advisory Board, School Districts, and our clients.
Qualifications
An earned Bachelor Degree; Demonstrate experience in managing projects in a leadership role (responsible for start to finish grant management projects. Excellent verbal, analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills; adept at online research and information gatherings; proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and experience with Professional Adobe Acrobat.
