JOB OBJECTIVE:
TheCorporate AnalyticsIntern will perform tasks, projects and research in support of areas including data analytics, profitability reporting, and Enterprise Risk and Capital Modeling. This position will provide meaningful and impactful support to the Corporate Analytics team.

* Assist in execution, maintenance, and expansion of management reports and analytics under direction of team
* Develop tools for monitoring business performance and risk identification
* Contribute to catastrophe risk management process improvement
* Perform studies to aid in the calibration of the economic capital model

Program location
This internship will take place at one of our North American plant locations. Many of our internships take place at our Ohio-based plant locations with potential opportunities for the internship to take place in our plants located in Iowa, Tennessee, Oklahoma, or Massachusetts.

Your day-to-day
Intern project assignments are focused on our World Class Manufacturing methodology and could be in areas such as:
* Manage equipment/resource relocation projects which could include: redesign of current equipment or resources, working with suppliers to identify new equipment options and leading change management with impacted team members
* Design, develop, review and conduct coordination for test programs or components, small systems or processes, or materials taking into account customers, product performance, cost and quality requirements
* Lead scrap reduction initiatives, including project scope and timeline development, problem solving with suppliers, establishing standardized solutions and implementing changes
* Focus on cost-savings initiatives across a plant including: standardized work audits, improving first pass yield and throughput, etc.

2026 Public Administration - Local Government Summer Intern

The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.
The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.
This internship position will be based out of our Etna Distribution Center location in Etna, OH.
KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.

Australia and the Islands Internship (2026)

This internship aims to provide a foundational understanding of animal husbandry for species in the Australia and Islands region, as well as avian species in the Congo Expedition region. Interns will gain hands-on experience and learn the daily responsibilities of a full-time Zookeeper.
Responsibilities
Interns will assist full-time keepers with various tasks, including but not limited to:
Preparing animal diets
Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures and exhibits
Observing animals and reporting behavioral changes
Designing and delivering educational programs to the public on animal behavior, habitats, and conservation issues
Maintaining area grounds and buildings
Performing other duties as assigned
Interns will also be required to complete quizzes, training sessions, projects, and a final reflection paper assigned by the department.
Qualifications
Second-year college student or recent graduate (within the last 2 years) in Zoology, Biology, Wildlife Management, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
TB test required.
Prior animal care experience preferred.
Ability to balance multiple assignments successfully.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Neat appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
Ability to work in varied weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat, cold, rain, snow).
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays (e.g., July 4th, Memorial Day, Columbus Day).
