An Agile Project Management Office professional that defines an adaptive delivery model based on greater collaboration and communication between teams. You support and promote the Agile impact on people, processes and tools, and based on iterative, time boxed and an incremental approach, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing and cross-function teams. You are an Agilist that promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery and encourages a rapid and flexible response to change.
The Project Management Office Lead is responsible for bringing the latest innovation and technology ideas to plan, deliver and execute technology solutions for Accenture or its clients. Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and delivery meets operational, contractual, and economic commitments.
+ Manage cross-team risk and issue escalations.
+ Coordinate reporting across all teams and identify key information that require management attention and need to be discussed in governance meetings.
+ Maintain the governance model, including stakeholder lists and meeting schedules.
Work Planning and Management
+ Work planning and perform work plan management, including integrated work plans
+ Define work plan metrics and what will be reported.
Work Environment Management
+ Understand the application and infrastructure requirements based on the needs of the engagement, Accenture or client tooling direction, and change requests.
+ Through the change management process established for the engagement, ensure that impact on engagement budget, delivery, and operations is assessed. Facilitate the review and approval process.
+ If processes change, understand and document the requirements, update training materials, update applicable policies and procedures, and communicate to the engagement as needed.
Performance and Reporting Management
+ Define and maintain metrics.
+ Create Status Report and Client Report and distribute reports.
+ Document risks and issues.
+ Monitor effectiveness of actions taken.
+ Plan compliance assessment and assign responsibilities.
+ Assess gaps, identify, plan, and implement preventive or corrective actions.

Here's What you Need:
+ A minimum of 4 years of experience in Program & Project Management & Client Relationship and/or Sales/Sales Support (Focused on Systems Integration projects, preferably custom application, digital solutions, or cloud-based implementations)
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience as Project Management Office (PMO) Lead at enterprise-sized organization(s).
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,600 - $122,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
