* Provides leadership, direction, and day-to-day guidance for team members in support of organizational mission, vision, goals, and strategies.
* Establish goals and direction for employees and provide needed resources, training, leadership and performance feedback.
* Communicates company and department specific information to team members on a timely and regular basis.
* Assigns, coordinates, and reviews work of PMO.
* Partners with others, specifically IT Directors, to ensure that prioritized processes projects are delivering the desired value.
