Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking an analyst for its newly formed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program management office (PMO) within the Office of the Corporate Secretary in Legal, Contracts and Compliance. Reporting to the ESG PMO lead, this position will play a critical role in the ESG PMO to advance RTX's enterprise-wide ESG vision and strategy.
RTX's ESG aspirations are aligned with its impact areas and business strategy to support the advancement of people, lift up underserved communities and address the global challenges of climate change. RTX is focused on driving greater energy efficiency and lower emissions through sustainable technology and disruptive innovations by aligning its expertise and aspirations through a world-class, diverse team. RTX has organized its prioritized ESG topics into three key areas: People, Planet and Principles.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Program: establishing and maturing ESG processes and controls, assisting Business Units and functions to integrate ESG priorities into strategic planning, and monitoring regulatory requirements, peer reporting, and market environment.
+ Performance: ensuring goal roadmaps and/or priority projects list with key milestones are established to advance performance and metric reporting, and monitoring performance against such roadmaps and/or priority projects list and achievement of key milestones; and
+ Reporting: driving stakeholder engagement on ESG reporting and, working with Corporate Communications and other functions, enhancing the annual ESG report and other disclosures, responses to stakeholder inquiries and requirements, and analyses of third-party reports and ratings.
+ Collaboration: t he ESG PMO will work with subject matter expert (SME) individuals and working groups from across the enterprise as well as manage, as necessary, outside resources with specific ESG expertise or knowledge. The ESG PMO will collaborate with the cross-functional ESG Council and will regularly provide updates to the ESG Steering Committee made up of Senior Leadership Team executives.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Supporting the execution and project management of the ESG PMO program, performance, and reporting workstreams and respective activities.
+ Supporting the development, tracking, and reporting of ESG program deliverables through project plans and other tools.
+ Preparing presentation and other materials for periodic PMO updates.
