Oversee management of wetland delineations, T&E surveys and consultations, oyster, seagrass, and other marine assessments, NEPA reviews and assessments, and the development of regulatory-driven operational plans. Assist a team in the development and implementation of remote sensing data collection and evaluation, and environmental and ecological monitoring programs. Conduct Texas General Land Office (GLO), Texas Railroad Commission (RRC), and other local and state permitting and compliance reporting. Provide solutions as part of a team to clients and communities. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree or above in environmental engineering, coastal science, environmental science, geology, biology, or a similar field. An ardent desire to grow, learn, and assist other associates in Texas, and across the firm, as a team effort for the development of the Environmental Discipline and the firm. 10-15 years of experience with the most recent experience in environmental consulting and client relationships. Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to relate to clients and associates at all levels of the organization. Experience with oversight of wetland delineations, T&E surveys, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Consultation and Permitting, and other resource permitting, agency coordination, and consultation. Experience in Texas GLO coastal plans and programs. Water resources Permitting, SWPPPs, SPCC and other Operational Plans.
