Required Skills & Experience: 6 months - 3 years of project management experience at a construction firm; Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience; Knowledge of project delivery methods; Basic understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications, and construction methods; Strong computer skills with MS Office and MS Project proficiency; Experience with, or ability to learn and use, Procore and Bluebeam software; Capability and desire to work as a member of a team; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze and solve problems, follow specific instructions; Professional demeanor; OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire.
