Essential Functions
Strategic Program & Portfolio Management
Develop and implement enterprise-wide project controls and scheduling training and frameworks to ensure consistency, predictability, and scalability across T&D projects
Scheduling Program Best Practices
Provide strategic guidance to project managers, schedulers and controls, supporting teams to optimizing schedules
Create, update, and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, ensuring integration with cost and resource plans
Lead project teams with schedule development, logic sequencing, resource loading, and critical path analysis
Design training programs on schedule management tools and methodologies
Lead training for project managers, superintendents, and field leaders on schedule development, tracking, and forecasting
Perform periodic schedule audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across projects
Evaluate schedule performance and provide recovery strategies when delays or risks are identified
Project Controls & Project Management Best Practices
Lead the implementation of standardized processes for cost tracking, forecasting, and change controls
Develop and maintain financial controls for projects
Mentor teams on scheduling and controls best practices
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to improve future execution
Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure proper documentation, reporting, and visibility into project performance

About You:
Qualifications
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, scheduling, and program management within the construction (electrical construction preferred) industry
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Procore, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems
Experience supporting a diverse portfolio of concurrent transmission and distribution projects
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and CPM scheduling tools
Strong knowledge of cost management, earned value analysis, and project forecasting
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% to project sites and regional offices

Manage water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and related civil works.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
Oversee QA/QC processes, safety programs, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction project management.
Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes related to treatment facilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

What You'll Do
Lead and Manage Projects from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.
Budget Oversight: Manage job cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, contingency and allowance tracking, and labor resources.
Contract Management: Administer owner contracts, write and manage subcontracts, and oversee change order processes.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain CPM schedules, facilitate pull planning, and hold subcontractors accountable for schedule commitments.
Operations Coordination: Oversee RFI, procurement, and submittal processes; ensure project documentation accuracy.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and collaborate closely with Superintendents to keep field operations fully supported.
Owner & Architect Relations: Build trust-based relationships through consistent, transparent communication and problem-solving.
Meetings: Lead and document weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
Business Development: Participate in interviews to help Nunn win new work and represent the company professionally in the community.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience as a Project Engineer (RFIs, submittals, etc.) required.
No more than 2 employers in 5 years and no more than 3 employers in 10 years.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
2-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects - especially K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare, municipal, or advanced manufacturing/technology.
Must be a U.S. resident with strong professional references.
