Qualifications
Education, Experience, Licensure, and Skills:
Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture (BLA/MLA) degree from an accredited program
2+ Years of Experience working as a Landscape Architect
Strong computer and hand graphic skills as well as proficiency in software programs relevant to the industry including AutoCAD, Land-FX, Adobe, Creative Suite, 3D Modeling software like Sketch Up and Lumion, and Bluebeam
Excellent organization and communication skills
Prioritization and time management skills
Able to work without close supervision and in a team environment

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing the management, inspection, maintenance, and operations of assigned highway maintenance contracts.

Develop strong working relationships/partnerships with all customers.
Manage all employees including Area Managers, technicians, specialty work crews, administrative staff and other staff with input from PM.
Assists Project Manager with the oversight of project overheads to insure proper utilization of resources and proper expense management by Area Managers and other responsible staff.
Monitor contract to ensure proper expense management and maximization of operating profits are being accomplished.
