As a Senior Project Manager in Procurement, you will work with Inverto North America clients to develop and implement strategies to create value and impact for our clients. What You'll Bring
6+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting
BS from an accredited university (MS is preferred)

YOU'LL BE BASED IN: This role is currently open in Chicago and Atlanta.
YOU'LL BE TRAVELING: Moderate travel is anticipated and will vary based on specific project locations.
FOR U.S. APPLICANTS: The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $210,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. We are seeking a motivated and experienced engineering professional to join our team, providing consulting and project management services across a wide range of facility and infrastructure projects. This role blends hands-on technical work with project leadership responsibilities, focusing on building enclosure systems as well as other facility-related engineering assignments. Key Responsibilities
Technical & Field Work
Perform and/or oversee field investigations, inspections, and testing related to building enclosure systems (roofing, exterior walls, fenestration, waterproofing, coatings, etc.) and other facility structures.
Prepare and review engineering analyses, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Support or lead design development, remedial solutions, and commissioning activities for new and existing buildings.
Conduct construction observations to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
Apply sound engineering judgment to troubleshoot and resolve design and construction issues.
Project Management
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate project resources, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and prepare detailed project documentation.
