Facilitate collaboration and the sharing of best practices across Finance, acting as a connector between teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of process improvement objectives. Support the change management process by developing training materials, communications, and capability-building programs as needed. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders. Track and report on key performance indicators and value metrics for process improvement projects. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 6+ years of demonstrated experience in benchmarking, process improvement, project management, or transformation initiatives, ideally within Finance or a related corporate function. 2+ years of project leadership experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience with process design methodologies, automation technologies, and reporting tools is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
