Role Description

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
