Required Qualifications Years of experience: 3+ Familiarity with Copper, and fiber OPTIC cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accurate timekeeping and operational efficiency Familiarity with Copper, and fiber OPTIC cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts. Demonstrated expertise in structured cabling standards with proven ability to lead projects and manage teams of 5 or more technicians. Proficiency in telecom drawing interpretation and comprehensive project planning. Skilled in terminating jacks, patch panels, and 66/110 blocks, adhering to 568A/B wiring standards. Ability to utilize Fluke testers for verification and troubleshooting of voice/data connectivity. Familiarity with Copper, and fiber cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts. Familiarity with high strand count fiber, furcation, & splicing. Physical capability to lift and position up to 50 lbs and utilize ladder for inspection purposes. Ownership of standard low-voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, VFL). Flexibility to work second/third shifts, overtime, and in high-pressure environments.
