POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direction of the SVP, Development, the Project Executive has the responsibility for the construction oversight and leadership of retail and multifamily projects and may include multiple projects based on size and volume.
The immediate assignment encompasses the team leadership & construction oversight of approximately 300,000 sf of retail and 420 apartment units located in Franklin, TN including supervision and coordination of horizontal infrastructure development and site work for a master-planned mixed-use community. The Project Executive will be responsible for project team leadership, extending from entitlements through project completion and closeout. General Responsibilities
