Processes material approvals and revisions and communicates material changes to the Project Manager and other departments as needed. Assists in administering project documentation, including project drawings, change order requests, and material submittals. Facilitates communication between parties to resolve open issues to keep the project moving forward. Submits shop drawings for approval and provides material product data as required. Participates in weekly job-specific production meetings and work-in-process meetings. Assists with the preparation of monthly billings. Obtains and submits closeout documents. Submits LEED reports. Maintains friendly, cooperative relations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, company personnel, project management team members, and upper management. Performs other tasks or assignments as delegated by the Project Manager or executive management. Follows all Company personnel policies and procedures.
