The role will have direct interface with outside sales, drafting, engineering, external vendors, third-party surveyors & regulatory bodies, procurement, manufacturing teams, and logistics. Responsibilities Reviews RFQ and bid estimates provided by sales to understand complete scope of work. Develops plan for each project to outline responsibilities, schedules, material orders, and action items. Works with Director of Manufacturing[KM1] & Engineering to review and interpret engineering and drafting documents. Ensures document control process is followed for assigned projects. Hosts pre-construction meeting, kick-off meeting with clients, and reoccurring project update meeting. Updates costing reports and schedules for management, clients, and others. Works with Director of Manufacturing to interface with regulatory bodies, surveyors, and third-party agencies. Provides weekly updates and reports on project status. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business or related field or five plus years related experience and/or training. 2-5 years of construction industry experience. Ability to interpret engineering documents and as-built drawings. Ability to understand basic technical/engineering principles related to modular structures. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience with offshore regulatory requirements and codes (ABS, USCG, DNV, Lloyd's, SOLAS, CSC).
