Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.
· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction projectmanagement, preferably within high-end residential or commercial construction.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in projectmanagement software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-level clients and team members.
· Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all phases of construction.
