Position Summary:
Our team is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent. This position will be responsible for all field operations and management of their assigned project including safety, schedule, manpower, quality and costs from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting while operating within Integrate's culture and core values.

Skills/Knowledge:
5+ years of proven experience as a Project Superintendent experience as a Commercial Construction General Contractor preferably on $10-$30 million projects.
10+ years journeyman carpenter experience or a Bachelor's in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
Commercial Real Estate experience in Medical Lab, Civic/Education, Multifamily/Student Housing, Industrial, or Mixed-use is required.
Willingness to travel to locations throughout the continental U.S., sometimes with short notice.Represent the Company and project teams in a positive manner in all project meetings.
Able to meet deadlines on multiple projects under different stages of progress in a positive and productive manner. Excellent oral and written skills required.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
All other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: Physical labor and lifting upto 100 lbs. may be required for this position. Bending, standing, and regularly walking project jobsites is a requirement. Safety must be top priority as this position operates in potentially hazardous conditions.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Workdays are predominantly Monday-Friday and hours of work vary depending on project size, location, and work deadlines. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel: Travel is primarily locally during the business day.

Duties may include:
Provides technical advisory support and services to Motion GEOINT Services' PM and DPM for NSG interoperability with ISR systems.

The Assistant ProjectManager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day construction management while proving the ability to take on advanced responsibilities in the role alongside the ProjectManager. Responsibilities
Execute and enforce safety standards, processes, and procedures ensuring project site is kept clean and organized. Conduct weekly safety inspections and monthly safety audits.
Enforce quality standards, processes and procedures, conduct quality control audits.
Support the preconstruction efforts regarding estimating and takeoff, cost, and duration of project.
Assist ProjectManager in the negotiated and hard bid estimate process, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the plan specs to propose value engineering solutions.
Assist Preconstruction and ProjectManager with analyzing subcontractor bids, assisting in selection and executing subcontracts.
Assist the ProjectManager in the preparation of bid proposals for submission to the owner.
Assist ProjectManager by preparing permit application and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
Responsible for the coordination of material and equipment procurement and expediting.
Determine construction requirements, procedures, and maintain proper project documentation.
Generate and maintain RFI process and responses, submittal logs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Follow and promote established project standards, processes, and procedures.
Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, proactively working with project team to present solutions and solve problems.
Direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of subcontractors on a construction site to ensure specifications are met.
Provide ongoing training and development of project engineers assisting with onboarding and various training programs.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural or Construction), construction management or related field required.
3+ years' experience performing full life cycle commercial construction management preferably within diverse market sectors including High-Rise, Multifamily/Student Housing, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality.
Conceptual estimating and bidding experience with emphasis in commercial construction required.
Proficiency with computer applications including Procore, P6, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company, for this position currently or in the future.
Demonstrated knowledge of required safety standards and procedures
Working Conditions:
The Assistant ProjectManager's work is performed in a main office or field office at the construction site as well as outdoors in various weather conditions with exposure to health or safety hazards, including noise levels may ranging from moderate to loud.
Physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, sitting, viewing a computer screen, talking and hearing.
Construction site will change or vary and/or position may require travel.
Position requires a high-level of autonomy as it relates to decision-making that impacts company results, client relationships, and subcontractor interaction.

Job Description:
Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs met. Responsibilities:
Perform production processes per work order: Set up staging area and equipment for each job. Prepare rooms for cleaning processes. Perform all services specified on the work order. Ensure EZ Production Guidelines are followed and quality control is maintained. Perform end-of-job/end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
Comply with safety practices: Comply with all Franchise and SERVPRO safety policies. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Ensure your crew wears appropriate safety equipment and follows safety procedures. Maintain a clean, safe work area. Use safe working practices in all situations. Enforce SERVPRO crew rules.
Supervise Production Technicians: Ensure Production Technicians understand and follow rules for behavior and performance on the job. Assign tasks to Production Technicians and manage workflow and task completion. Ensure Production Technicians complete all jobs according to production guidelines and with excellent customer service.
Develop clear and accurate job scoping: Submit scope sheet, pictures, and supporting documents into the estimating database for accurate and fair pricing.
Job-Site Management: Ensure production crew reports to job site as scheduled. Coordinate production and assign tasks to Technicians.
Coach and Train Production Technicians: Train Production Technicians on production processes, equipment maintenance, and customer relations. Ensure Production Technicians receive all relevant certifications. Model professional behavior and customer relations skills.
Job File Documentation: Review documentation for the job with the customer and obtain required authorizations. Verify estimates made by others. Complete all documentation for job files. Perform a walk-through with customers at job completion. Reserve jobs as requested.
Drying Workbook: Take readings on water damages and enter and record in drying workbook in a timely manner.
Monitor, Communicate, and Respond to Customer Needs: Discuss expectations, requirements, and changes with customers. Communicate with customer on job progress and concerns. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Resolve damage caused by production crew, and work out an agreeable settlement.
Leave Site with Clean, Orderly Appearance: Ensure crew shows respect for customers home/property.
Communicate Expectations with Production Manager: Keep Production manager informed of job progress and issues.
Communicate with Office Staff: Keep office informed of job progress and issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, as well as reporting on all non-operational equipment: Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent operational condition and maintain a professional appearance.
Asset management: Protect and utilize equipment and materials, ensuring Franchise property is utilized efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements for operating fleet vehicles
Interpersonal and customer service skills
