Key Accountabilities
* Manage execution of Extended Power Uprate projects from design through implementation, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
* Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in coordination with site engineering, licensing, and executive sponsors.
* Oversee project budgets and resource plans, maintaining strict cost and performance controls.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, licensing, operations, EPC partners, OEMs) to deliver system upgrades and plant capacity improvements.
* Identify and manage technical, regulatory, and execution risks to support timely NRC approvals and project milestones.
* Apply proven projectmanagement practices to optimize planning, execution, and outage performance.
* Provide regular status updates and milestone reporting to project leadership and executive management.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
* At least 10 years of nuclear industry experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
* Proven experience delivering complex projects as a lead projectmanager or site manager of projects.
* Strong background in projectmanagement, engineering, and construction oversight.
* Familiarity with finance, project controls, and cost/schedule management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and regulators.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
