About the Role
As the ProjectManager, you'll orchestrate the entire construction lifecycle, handling budgets, schedules, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, jobsite coordination, and all communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ years of ProjectManagement experience in General Contracting

Strong command of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting

The candidate will be responsible for conducting and managing Phase I and Phase II environmental investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, project scheduling, staff mentoring, budget control, and meeting and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies, including familiarity working with the US Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Regional Water Quality Control Board and the local Environmental Health agencies. The candidate will also coordinate and participate in and oversee staff field activities, including logging of borings, trenches and cores; evaluating geologic and hydrogeological conditions; sampling soil, soil gas, and groundwater; and will prepare environmental proposals and reports. Duties of the Project Geologist/Engineer will also include providing technical support to staff-level engineers, geologists, and field technicians.
Education: B.S. Degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field and appropriate related professional registration/certification (e.g., California Professional Geologist or Civil Engineer) preferred. An advance degree is a plus.
Required Skills: The successful candidate will need to have 5-10 years of recent professional environmental consulting experience conducting most or all of the duties described above.
