As a Task Order Program Manager, you will spend the majority of your time partnering with account and sales teams, technical business leaders, and government representatives. You will spend time shaping, responding to, and executing Task Orders. You will manage a portfolio of Task Orders for a targeted set of customers within the Agency Organization, and act as a task order program manager for those customers.
The role requires subject matter expertise in the areas of project and program management and technical business development experience to incorporate technical requirements into commercial transactions and effectively structure, facilitate, and close deals, and manage tactical program activities in accordance with existing contract performance criteria. You will draw upon extensive information technology centric project management, critical thinking, and analytic problem-solving skills coupled with business development and executive communication skills with government customers.

Job Summary
This position will work with the Middle East Programs Team. The Program Manager is responsible for management of the Heritage Commission Program for capacity development and training in Saudi Arabia. This role, under the supervision of the Director of Middle East Programs, will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of a capacity building program leading to the overall strengthening of the skillset and professional capabilities of this cultural sector workforce. This will entail the design and implementation of a long-term hybrid site managers bootcamp, two 2-week in-person trainings, a 2-week exchange program trip, and developing a heritage index framework. This role oversees the program implementation, including coordinating the work of any potential subject-matter expert consultants, and supervising a core program implementation team in the US. The team will be responsible for executing the programmatic deliverables depending on scope and needs of the program, coordinates with all internal and external stakeholders and partners throughout the program cycle, the procurement and administration of training needs, and submitting comprehensive reports on the program progress.
Additionally, the program Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Alliance for Saudi Women Active in Tech Program (ASWAT). The Program provides up to 10 young Saudi women who are emerging leaders in tech-related fields with training in leadership and entrepreneurial skills, personalized mentorship, networking opportunities, and guidance on creating and implementing an action plan that addresses a challenge in their local communities. This program aims to create a strong network and also to introduce U.S. tech companies to the young emerging leaders in the cohort with the aim of establishing future new trade, commercial, and research ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia.
Essential Functions:
Heritage Commission Program:
• Oversees the entire project on a day-to-day basis. Coordinates and communicates with team members in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the US who contribute to implementation and deliverables. Communicates with partner/sponsor point-of-contact on a day-to-day basis on program status and implementation
• Leads project meetings to keep team members fully informed on partner/sponsor communications, ensuring knowledge sharing between the team members supporting the project. Provide support and training on programs, as needed.
• Coordinates the work of subject-matter expert consultants over a period of 12 months culminating in the design and implementation of high-quality, customized international education and training programs
• Oversees the design and implementation of capacity-building training programs in priority specializations including heritage site management, restoration, and conservation.
• Coordinates a long-term hybrid bootcamp program for future heritage site managers, including up to two weeks of site visits in Saudi Arabia and other international locations.
• Secures a short-term training programs administered by leading international higher education and research organizations in the U.S. and Europe specializing in cultural heritage conservation
• Designs and implements an in-person conservation principles program in Saudi Arabia. Secures facilitators who are experts in cultural heritage conservation.
• Designs and implements a three-week cultural exchange and high-level networking program at leading museums and cultural institutions in the US
• Develops cultural index framework of heritage in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for overall project reporting, gathering data from all team members, and developing presentations/reports for the partners.
• Works with portfolio finance and team members to track budget spending including payments to partners, cost of trainings, travel, events, and accommodation.
ASWAT Program:
• Create a recruitment campaign to identify and provide recommendations on the selection of a cohort of qualified Saudi women for the program
• Design an outreach and communication plan to recruit U.S.-based women who are leaders in the STEM industry to serve as mentors
• Oversee the placement of participants at U.S. Companies for a three-week professional mentorship, including their travel, lodging, and logistics
• Supervise the creation of an action plan for each participant to implement a project related to their profession
• Oversee communication with all participants to provide support and address any challenges
• Lead a one-week delegation trip of the U.S. mentors to Saudi Arabia to cultivate peer-to-peer connections.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of related work experience, or combination education and experience.

Position Overview
Align seeks a motivated and organized structured cabling professional to join our Data Center Design and Build team in our rapidly growing office in Sterling, VA. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior cabling technician or project manager who aspires to grow into a Data Center Fit Out Project Manager. Candidates must possess three or more years of hands-on cabling infrastructure design and implementation experience. Candidates must understand the newest cabling technologies and have some project coordination or vendor management experience - to oversee and perform quality control for subcontractor vendor LVC and Fiber installations. Experience with the design basic cable layouts, distribution frames and patching facilities

Facilitate the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders, and conduct status review meetings among project team members and clients through project execution
Education, Work Experience, and Leadership
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
8+ years experience producing commercial interior design projects, preferably in Federal and/or DOD markets
US Citizenship
Active Top Secret security clearance
Registered Architect (RA) is preferred; Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification will be considered
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DOD markets

The office in MD has a full fabrication facility and warehouse that enables us to pre-fabricate and store materials to meet the ever-changing demands of the construction industry. Our facility has a complete on-site bridge crane, which allows us to handle pipe up to 24” in diameter. The facility also has automatic pipe plasma cutters, orbital welders, grooving stations, MIG welders, presses, automated chop saws, band saws, tee-pulling machines and other equipment. This allows us to not only store equipment, pipe and fixtures for upcoming or current projects but gives us the ability to prefab material, which can help to expedite the project's schedule or assist in meeting the owner's requirements. With our 65,000 sq./ft warehouse/fab shop, we can store prefabbed materials for last minute delivery to keep the jobsite clear of unused materials.
With the construction industry evolving daily and moving towards Energy Efficiency/Green Build and LEAN Construction Pro-Air, Inc. has taken the necessary steps to stay ahead of the curve. Currently Pro-Air, INC. has employees who are LEED accredited professionals, and we are members of the USGBC. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and drives overall project performance and project outcomes.
Keeps the overall project within specified timelines, budget, safety, and quality standards.
Oversees effective tactical planning to include project phasing, value engineering, risk management, etc.
Assesses the project and develops strategies to ensure the optimal approach for goal alignment, workflows, quality assurance, risk management, etc.
Communicates clear expectations to down stream project staff and holds them accountable to the expectations.
Serves as a mentor to the Project Engineer/s and Assistant Project Managers.
Works closely with the project owner and/or representative, engineers, inspectors, and other associated personnel assigned to the project to make sure that there is a good working relationship between the entire project team.
Technical
Creates and updates project schedules, monitoring progress, submitting tracking, and distributing RFI's, submittals, field directives, change orders, update plans, and coordinating activities between different teams.
Prepares project documentation, including reports, change orders, and progress updates, also providing technical input and data to support the project manager in making informed decisions.
Manages the project budget by overseeing the approval of expenses such as cost estimates, change orders, budget reviews and projections, misc. project expenses, and supplier and subcontractor invoices.
Identifies and resolves project issues, addresses changes in scope, and ensures that project goals are met.

Coordinates with estimators and superintendents in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers. They also ensure that subcontracts and purchase orders are sent out in a timely manner.

The Role
