Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce CRM and Contact Center modernization initiatives for a Federal government agency. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving digital transformation projects that directly impact how government services are delivered to millions of citizens.
Your day-to-day will involve leading cross-functional project teams through Agile development cycles, managing stakeholder relationships across multiple federal agencies, and overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge contact center technologies. You'll be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring projects meet federal compliance standards including FedRAMP, and continuously optimizing contact center operations to deliver exceptional citizen experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for Salesforce and Contact Center modernization projects, from initiation through closeout.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including federal business owners, OCIO staff, GSA representatives, and vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Oversee Salesforce platform implementations and enhancements across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge Management, and Analytics while ensuring FedRAMP compliance.
Manage Contact Center technology deployments including IVR design, call routing, self-service automation, and CRM integration.
Professionally interact with external customers to understand and document agency mission needs and requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
Conduct daily Scrums and lead Agile ceremonies, with particular focus on backlog refinement.
Manage customer-facing requests including standard service requests, SLA commitments, and Change Management processes.
Develop labor estimates and project schedules while tracking spending to ensure delivery within budget constraints.
Implement performance metrics and conduct quality audits to ensure contact center operations meet federal quality standards.
Drive innovation and continuous improvements by identifying technical solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Develop solution architecture for contact center technologies including CCaaS, CRM systems, and telephony platforms.
Provide weekly project status reporting to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Support recruiting, training, and onboarding of contact center agents to maintain optimal staffing and skill levels.
Required Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
PMP Certification (required).
Salesforce Certifications including Administrator and Service Cloud (required).
Scrum Master Certification (required).
Extensive Salesforce expertise across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge Management, and platform integrations.
Hands-on experience with Contact Center solutions such as NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, or equivalent cloud CCaaS platforms.
Proven experience managing and optimizing contact center operations including workforce management, quality monitoring, and performance metrics.
Background in solution architecture with hands-on experience in CCaaS, CRM systems, and/or telephony technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead innovation initiatives and implement continuous improvements within contact center environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Proven ability to develop labor estimates and schedules for complex IT projects.
Track record of managing project spending according to budget.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate virtual teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual team environment.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance (required).

The Commodities Senior Manager is responsible for the relationships with the commodity buying entities that meets both the customers and company operational and financial objectives. This includes project management, sourcing, sales support activities, coaching and development.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Success Senior Director & team to ensure Rubicon provides excellent customer service to both our clients and our partners.
Sourcing new and existing recycling opportunities.
Reconcile journal entries and manage adjustments with proper documentation and certify in CieTrade.
Post journal entries for logistics expense and vendor invoices.
Perform detailed, analytical review of accounts.
Prepare and assist with the review of financial statements for recycling customers.
Data entry of monthly pricing updates in CieTrade.
Managing Sales Orders/Purchase Orders in CieTrade.
Work with outlets to correct pricing errors.
Work with new outlets to collect and submit paperwork for set-up.
Collect historical data from outlets and summarize the data.
Create & distribute Letters of Authorization, Award Letters and Cancellation Letters.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT to bridge portal adoption & digitization.
This role oversees a team of 4+ team members that manages logistics and transactional tasks associated with these trades.
Fulfill hiring needs for the Recycle and Reuse department, provide or arrange for training for new team members.
Plan work assignments, evaluate work performed and provide direction and decisions in handling procedural and technical problems.
Monitor work outcomes and provide metrics data for management.
Ensure appropriate oversight documentation is developed, maintained, updated and accessible.
Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of work experience in waste and recycling, supply chain analytics or a data-driven operations role.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team and to independently advance projects.
Extensive experience in resolving complex on-holds issues involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of PowerBI and MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Job Function:
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for the commercial integrity and compliance of JFT's project portfolio ensuring disciplined project delivery aligned with company objectives. As a key commercial review authority, the Project Controls Manager safeguards JFT's contractual position-leading interpretation, negotiation, and application of terms and conditions, including FAR, DEAR, and related flow downs. This role manages Project Coordinators, Buyers, and Document Control staff, aligning procurement, documentation, and contract execution within JFT's ERP and PMO systems to provide transparent, data-driven reporting and compliance oversight.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Contracts & Commercial Oversight
Lead review, redlining, and negotiation of prime and subcontract terms to protect JFT's commercial and legal position.
Apply expert knowledge of FAR, DEAR, DOE/NRC clauses and flow downs, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with executive leadership, legal counsel, and finance on risk allocation, indemnities, and equitable adjustments.
Lead or support commercial negotiations, contract modifications, and change order development including pricing, cost/schedule impact analysis, and justification.
Train PMs and support staff on contractual obligations, compliance standards, and government contracting fundamentals.
Project Controls & ERP Integration
Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines using ERP-integrated project controls tools.
Perform cost tracking, Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and forecasting.
Develop executive-level dashboards and commercial performance reports for leadership and customer visibility.
Integrate ERP systems for real-time cost control, materials management, and forecasting accuracy.
Lead monthly project financial and risk reviews with PMO and executive teams.
Direct Project Coordinators to ensure administrative controls and reporting objectives are identified and implemented across the PMO.
Procurement & Document Control
Direct Buyers and Document Controllers to ensure procurement and records management align with contract and regulatory requirements.
Enforce lifecycle traceability for procurement documentation and material certifications.
Standardize document control and procurement workflows through ERP and PMO toolsets.
Support supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and compliance audits.
Proposal & Business Development Support

Participate in bid/no-bid reviews, contract kickoffs, and clarification processes.
Support pricing models, risk registers, and cash flow analyses for new pursuits.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in cost control, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Typical Working Conditions:

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive knowledge of FAR, DEAR, and other federal contracting regulations, with ability to apply them in practice.

Strong understanding of project cost management, scheduling, and risk management.

The Project Management Center provides deployed support for project management processes related to scope, cost, schedule, and risk management during all phases of Laboratory projects, as well as project management training.
Position Overview:
Project Controls Manager for Electron Ion Collider (EIC) project will report to the Manager of Project Management Center and functionally report to the EIC Project Support Division Deputy Director and the EIC Project Manager. The selected candidate will support implementation of cost and schedule project planning and control functions for a large-scale complex science project and may also support smaller Research and Development projects. The Project Management Center is responsible for providing Project Management expertise to the Principal Investigator or Project Director/Manager including expertise in initial planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessment, EVMS reporting, change control, and project management training and documentation. The candidates project management/controls experience should encompass the full project life cycle, from the initial stages of project planning through execution including change control and project closeout.
