Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Use P6 software to develop and maintain EPC projectschedules based on realistic execution plans.
Assist in planning the project by analyzing various project documents, design drawings, contracts and exhibits to understand specific requirements that will form the basis of the EPC schedule.
Perform basic quantity take-offs to establish accurate activity durations, and maintain all working files that were used in baseline development, including excel trackers, weather data, PPA agreements, etc.
Consult with various groups within the organization, including engineering, procurement, project manager and field management team, to get their feedback.
Seek feedback from different stakeholders including owners, 3rd party consultants, etc. to increase their buy-in and accuracy of the schedule.
Ensure sound logic and realistic durations are built in the schedule using the recommended CPM best practices.
Attend project meetings including pre-construction, project coordination and monthly owner meetings to understand issues, get updates and address any schedule related challenges or questions.
Update schedule at least twice a month to incorporate actuals, monitor any deviations from the critical path, suggest corrective actions to the project team.
Communicate schedule updates to the project team and senior scheduler, maintain schedule reports in teams and SharePoint folders.
Maintain company standard delay log to document the delays with their details from business development to the project completion.
Record any weather delays in P6 schedule and compare to the NOAA normal weather on a monthly basis.
Perform schedule analysis for what-if conditions, change orders and claims.
Train field personnel in scheduling procedures, assist PEs, APMs to maintain and analyze their current projectschedule to increase their proficiency and ownership of the schedule.
Visit jobsites on a frequency that supports the scheduler's position.
Prepare “as built” schedules, reflecting the actual conditions and activity dates.
Assist in maintaining SOLV P6 database with accurate project/activity codes, file management, using appropriate status/delay comments, maintain P6 notebooks, etc.
Support reporting efforts while maintaining core schedule structure and appropriate activity codes.
Any other initiatives or responsibilities that may be assigned by the senior scheduler.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is highly desired.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Experience using P6 Software required.
Knowledge of construction methods and processes.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and analyze complex CPM schedules for large Mission Critical projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to gather input and provide schedule updates and forecasts.
Lead schedule risk assessments and recovery planning, identifying critical path activities and potential delays.
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for internal and client presentations, including progress tracking and earned value analysis.
Support project controls functions such as change management, claims analysis, and resource loading.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of scheduling experience, with a strong focus on large scale capital improvement programs.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
In-depth understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing, particularly in airport environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Advanced proficiency in scheduling software. Expert level of MS Project is required along with general working knowledge and ability with P6.

5+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise.

SUPERVISOR: Money Matters Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
Community Action's Tax Scheduler will be responsible for answering the phone for Community Action Pioneer Valley's Free Tax Assistance Program (VITA), conducting phone eligibility screening and scheduling virtual and in-person tax preparation appointments. Call volume is high and the Scheduler will screen approximately 900 households during the tax season. Responsibilities also include recording call data into Excel and agency databases, utilizing Outlook Calendar and AppToto appointment software, preparing mailings, helping to follow-up with taxpayers, data entry and other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator. Training in VITA advanced tax preparation will be provided with a requirement to become certified within the first 30 days. Evening and weekend hours may be required during tax season.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and respond to a high volume of phone and electronic messages efficiently and promptly.
Manage all aspects of scheduling for the tax program including initial contact, screening for eligibility, appointment reminders, cancellations and ensuring the maximum number of participants are scheduled and prepared for their appointment.
Assist with maintaining VITA-specific customer relationship software used for virtual tax clinics.
Assist Tax Team in various activities to prepare for the tax season including mailings, preparing materials for volunteers and other duties.
Maintain taxpayer files and enter data into Excel and agency database for reporting purposes. Ensure required data entry and reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with program guidelines.
Maintain high level of customer service following Community Action's established Customer Service Standards and all applicable guidelines set forth by the program.
Remote work from home will be assigned and determined by the Money Matters Coordinator; when schedule requires remote work, expected to be available for meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties during standard service/agency hours.
Required to work in the evening and weekends occasionally
Comply with agency and funders' paperwork requirements and procedures.
Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training and contractual meetings.
Attend mandatory agency trainings and other relevant trainings.

Project Analyst

Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to execute the roadmap through New Product Development Stage Gate process and ensuring that project objectives are met with a high degree of quality.
The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting Thermal controls projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives. This role involves supporting ongoing projects and programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects and tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Westerville, OH location.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for thermal control solutions, from initial concept through to final implementation and post-deployment support.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction on thermal control systems, including HVAC, cooling systems, and energy-efficient solutions, ensuring that designs meet both performance and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of thermal controls with Vertiv's broader product offerings.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to align project goals and expectations.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes.
Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all thermal control solutions meet Vertiv's high standards for quality, reliability, and performance.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve project management processes, enhance team collaboration, and drive innovation in thermal control technologies.
Requirements:
University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering or Applicable Focus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on thermal management systems or related technologies.
Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project), and excellent communication and leadership abilities. A deep understanding of thermal control systems is desirable but not necessary.
Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is desirable but not necessary.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HVAC systems, Controls systems, cooling technologies, and energy efficiency strategies is desirable but not necessary.
