We are looking for a Project Foreman who has deep installation expertise, strong leadership instincts, and a passion for developing the next generation of electricians and crew leads. This role is central to the success of our field operations.
The Role
As a Project Foreman, you will lead 23 Crew Leads and their field teams across commercial lighting, controls, and energy retrofit projects.
You will be responsible for jobsite setup, training and developing apprentices and electricians, enforcing safety, coordinating with Project Managers, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to Evolved LEs standards of craftsmanship.
This position is hands-on, leadership-heavy, and critical to our field structure. You will be the on-site driver of safety, quality, productivity, and communication.
What Youll Do

Set up and prepare job sites, review drawings, and plan work sequences

Required
5+ years commercial electrical, lighting, or controls installation experience
3+ years leadership experience (Crew Lead, Working Foreman, Lead Electrician)

Full competency in wiring, conduit, disconnects, panels, drivers, relays, sensors, controls hardware
Experience running lighting/retrofit/controls projects from start to finish
Strong blueprint/schematic reading skills
Strong NEC code understanding

Position Summary Building Value is a social enterprise powered by Easterseals Redwood whose mission is to accelerate careers in construction for people facing economic and employment challenges. Through our training program, we deconstruct, demolish, and clean out homes and offices to salvage building materials, appliances, and architectural gems for sale to the public. The Crew Supervisor is integral to both the paid construction adjacent work we do as a company and our mission of training young people in the construction trades. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be the direct job-site supervisor of a rotating team of 3-5 training participants and work alongside the crew in a range of construction adjacent services: demolition and deconstruction/salvage projects, commercial cleanouts, apartment turns, painting, and occasional hardscape projects. Framing, finish carpentry, drywall finish, and painting skills are a must for this position.
The Crew Supervisor works closely with the Deconstruction Manager and three other Crew Supervisors to plan work activities, safety plans, and crew assignments. On a day-to-day basis, the Crew Supervisor will instruct, train, and coach crew participants in the work for the day, provide feedback to crew members on attitude, performance, work ethic, and work quality, and coordinate pick-up of materials from deconstruction sites to be transported to the retail location. The Crew Supervisor ensures the safety of all associates while maximizing efficiency on the job site and holds the crew accountable for work ethic, quality, and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and tools.
Job Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region.
Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel. Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.)
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required.

Attend any required meetings (on-site or virtual) for each job (only as required, some jobs will only require the Project Lead to attend meetings with the on-site GC, this will vary).
Create any needed RFI's that are requested from the field to send to the customer. This process will be done by the Project Manager as you will sometimes be able to answer questions that are not appropriate to send direct to the customer.
Create and track Change Proposals à Change Orders, following to completion by means of an executed change order from the customer.
Provide all necessary change order information to Accounting internally for set up and costing.
Project Closeout
Final Inspections: Coordinate and conduct final inspections, ensuring all work is completed satisfactorily.
Documentation: Complete all required project closeout documentation and final reports.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Team Leadership and Development
Team Management: Lead and motivate the field staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Training: Provide or arrange for training and development opportunities for team members.

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor supports operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis (specific schedule varies) to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections to ensure professional image (including the hygiene and uniform appropriateness of officers) and quality standards are being maintained; post inspections also include checking that Post Order manual and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the Post is being properly maintained, cleaned and organized
Conduct on-the-job training, in coordination with site supervision, of new employees assigned to post, or when changes to post orders are made, this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs
Respond to call-offs that occur during their shift, which may include identifying other individuals to fill-in and/or standing post until such replacements arrive and also assist Scheduler with scheduling for call-offs or other changes that occur at the site
Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints or other concerns, and forward any such issues to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director; may also be responsible for writing a report of the situation or assisting with an investigation, as directed
May be responsible for administering counseling or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director; Field Supervisor may not make or initiate such decisions on his/her own, but may execute such actions at the specific direction of Branch/Corporate Human Resources management
Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office, which may include communicating such information to Security Officers at posts and/or obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents, and returning such documents to Branch or Corporate office
Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and/or Branch Manager
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and:
No major violations within last 36 months
No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months
No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
No combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months
Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience
Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting
Able to use good independent judgment and discretion
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry
Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

This is a full time position for 3rd shift.
JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for safely and efficiently executing MPW's operations at specific automotive or environmental job sites. This role may also be responsible for the full life cycle of jobs including planning, organizing and coordinating equipment and personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for coordinating daily work schedules.
2. Responsible for ensuring the completion and the quality of all tasks as established within the language of the work schedules and the completion of special projects as directed by the customer.
3. Responsible for evaluating employee performance, initiates and documents corrective action when appropriate.
4. Responsible for coordinating the location's entire inventory needs, and for interfacing with corporate purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels.
5. Responsible for working closely with the operations manager in accessing future staffing requirements and work schedules.
6. Responsible for coordinating daily technician and team leader meetings to inform them of the job safety analysis for the job and leading the discussion of any related topics, i.e. Safety, Operations, Human Resources.
7. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving operational based problems.
8. Responsible for ensuring the established quality standards of the customer are met or exceeded.
9. Responsible for conducting annual reviews of direct reports and recommending merit increases to ensure compliance with established wage structure for that location.
10. Responsible for nightly administrative tasks, which include documenting attendance, work completed, work not completed, customer's request to complete work that has not been assigned to MPW as well as a status report to the operations/account manager recapping the shift.
11. Perform other duties as directed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This person must be ready to make the decision that has the potential of stopping production at our customer's location.
2. Address employee relations issues effectively and timely.
3. Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to move up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
3. Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
4. Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
5. Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
6. Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, Product slotting and customer communication activities daily, including labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
