We are looking for a Project Foreman who has deep installation expertise, strong leadership instincts, and a passion for developing the next generation of electricians and crew leads. This role is central to the success of our field operations. The Role As a Project Foreman, you will lead 23 Crew Leads and their field teams across commercial lighting, controls, and energy retrofit projects. You will be responsible for jobsite setup, training and developing apprentices and electricians, enforcing safety, coordinating with Project Managers, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to Evolved LEs standards of craftsmanship. This position is hands-on, leadership-heavy, and critical to our field structure. You will be the on-site driver of safety, quality, productivity, and communication.     GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
