The Role As a Project Foreman, you will lead 2-3 Crew Leads and their field teams across commercial lighting, controls, and energy retrofit projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop Project Plans: Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
