Key Responsibilities, Business to Consumer:

About the role
We are seeking a full-time Wastewater Operator to work on-site at digester facilities located in Minster. OH.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties and making process decisions to manage the quality of treated effluent at our industrial food and beverage anaerobic digester pretreatment facilities.
This role requires the ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose plant processing pumps, piping, tanks, and equipment. The Wastewater Operator must be able to collaborate and communicate with various people including plant operators, outside vendors, and managers.
This is a flexible role and may require some on-call or weekend hours. Schedule to be determined.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor all parameters and performance of plant and equipment, including hydraulic flows, temperatures, pH, COD, VFA, pressures, and renewable power generation.
Conduct compliance audits, safety inspections, provide routine reporting and upload results in required tracking system.
Optimize facility throughput, including feedstock volume, effluent volume, and renewable energy production.
Inventory control of consumables, such as chemicals, reagents, and spare parts utilizing CMMS.
Oversee the biological process, feedstock receiving, hydraulic pumping, chemical feed systems, filtration systems, phosphorus sequestration, dewatered solids removal, and biogas utilization system.
Ensure compliance with state and local wastewater permits, air quality permits, and solid waste permits.
Maintain OH State Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License and continuing education.
Qualifications
Current Ohio Grade II Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operator certificate (or higher), preferred.
Three years of relevant experience as an operator, in RNG, construction, and/or in industrial maintenance.
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and/or ability to assist/work on pumps, piping, electric motors, generators, instruments, and basic building maintenance.
Experience with the use of PLC's, controls, and instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, pH).
Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, email, PDF's, document downloading, ordering, cost reporting, & timesheets.

About the Role
As a Utility team member, working within the Utility department, you will be responsible for ensuring that trucks and trailers are loaded safely and accurately and managing warehouse organization and inventory. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by your supervisor.

About the Role
As a Utility team member, working within the Utility department, you will be responsible for ensuring that trucks and trailers are loaded safely and accurately and managing warehouse organization and inventory. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by your supervisor.

The Plant Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment for the handling and production of packaged gas cylinders, both for high pressure and liquefied gasses
Loads and unloads gas cylinders and/or other products onto and off of route trucks and trailers moving cylinders with proper carts only.
Sorts empty cylinders by type.
Rolls cylinders and operates a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders on pallets.
Understands hazards of various gases; size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks. Accurately labels cylinders.
Handles high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders. Prepares high pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling. Attaches to manifold, evacuates cylinders to eliminate all possible contaminants.
Performs basic cylinder maintenance such as painting cylinders, labeling cylinders, and cleaning of work area.
Inspects cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures as required by government, Airgas, and distributor standards. Conducts a variety of Safety checks per procedures, such as odor tests, checking caps and valves. Fills cylinders by pressure and weight, per regulations and standards.
Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and/or assists with inventory
Manages paperwork to DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards. Completes quality control sheets as required.
Complies with all government and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials/cylinder gases.

SUMMARY
The Utility role performs a variety of manual labor tasks, assists with material handling, and is responsible for accurately cutting metal materials to customer specifications using industrial saws.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform general labor and support tasks including material movement, shop cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
Set up and operate industrial saws to cut metal stock (e.g., steel, aluminum) according to work orders and customer specifications.
Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts, pallet jacks.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily workflow and delivery schedules.

SummaryThe Project Analyst supports the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within the BBW Marketing Team.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance the Customer experience, optimize operations, and achieve business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Support defining the scope and deliverables of key projects and campaigns.
Track scope, timeline, and resources.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and requirements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management: Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with BBW standards and quality requirements.
Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines.
Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement strategies to keep work on track.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality standard for projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
Change Management: Evaluate and support changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines.
Assess the impacts of changes on project objectives and stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.
Monitor risk factors and implement contingency plans as needed.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for key stakeholders including senior management.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews.
