Job Description
The Senior Project Controller - Major Capital Projects will report to the VP Corp FP&A/CFO Capital Projects as part of a finance function capable of providing financial guidance, analytics, accounting and cash flow support to the delivery of major capital projects in North America.
Provide strong financial support and guidance to the capital project management teams for major capital expansion projects.Deliver cashflow/AP forecasting and various project financial controlling topics Review the value of work done (VOWD) file, reconciling the cost inception-to-date with the data extracted from SAP. Determine the month end cost accrual and align with project controls on any issues identified.Perform KPI variance root cause analysis, identification of trends and risks and corrective actions.Assist capital project team by providing guidance on work order creation in timekeeping system, timesheet booking and variance tracking and reporting.Reclassify project related cost center expenses to the project in accordance with the Group's capitalization policy.Coordinate with global capital finance management team for activity rate calculation, performance reporting and variance analysis.Collaborate with the broader project team, assisting in any manner that could be beneficial (prepare financial models, tax, and accounting advice etc.) Maintain a reconciliation of the foreign exchange difference between VOWD and SAP.

Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that CCTV systems are complete with total customer satisfaction and contractual requirements. Assist and collaborate with the Installation Team Lead or Project Manager regarding on-site work schedules and timely delivery of equipment. Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed systems and component devices are operational. Troubleshoot new system installations to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes and legal and/or insurance requirements.
